Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5–12 business days after processing. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking details. You can also reach out to customerservice@cozypawsco.us any time for an update.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us at customerservice@cozypawsco.us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and take care of you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.

International orders

We currently focus on shipping within the United States. If international shipping is available for your location, it will be shown at checkout.
